About the Owner
Stump Works is locally owned and operated by Rob Hinzman. Rob received a bachelor's degree in Psychology, where he previously worked as the Administrator for the Athens Area Commencement Center (a private alcohol and drug treatment center) for 15 years. He ran all business and clinical operations at AACC. He states, “I’ve had the pleasure of helping and saving individuals’ lives that suffered from alcohol and drug addiction”. In 2019, Rob left the Athens Area Commencement Center to start up and own Concrete Craft of Athens, a decorative concrete company. “The best part of owning a home improvement company is providing incredible transformations to residential and commercial customers” Rob sold Concrete Craft of Athens after 7 years of transforming plain or ugly concrete into works of art.
Rob’s mission with Stump Works is to continue complete customer satisfaction by providing professional stump grinding services timely and correctly the first time.
Rob and his wife Christa have lived in Oconee County their entire lives. They have a daughter that has played competitive golf since she was 6 years old. His favorite thing to do in his spare time is watching her compete in golf tournaments and continued growth of her faith. Rob emphasizes his importance of family, community and faith.
